Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For Balancing Wheel and Unicycle Electric Scooter products, returns will be accepted for one reason only: if the item is found to be defective. Damage caused by the buyer due to misuse or wear and tear is not covered by warranty and all such return requests will be denied. No buyer's remorse returns will be accepted for these items. You have 30 days upon receiving an incorrect or defective item to contact us at Skque Products for a refund or exchange. Any refund or exchange requests made outside of the allotted time frame will be denied.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return your item for any reason, please contact our customer service department at contact@skque.com for a return authorization. Be sure to include your order or invoice number as well as describe the type of RMA you wish to process. Include any details you think will help Skque Products process your request quickly. We are unable to accept any returns without a return authorization.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
